The HFA design process engages key stakeholders in defining the problem, identifying the goals, developing alternatives, analyzing information, and building understanding and agreement for a solution that leads to action. By working in collaboration with end-users and decision-makers, we build support for the eventual solution in parallel with the design of the solution.
